Devil Rides Shotgun (part 6)

The journey through Hell continues...

This episode as turned out well, thank the stars!

To be honest, it was really quite tricky as it needed to be a partial transition scene but to also let us finish showing off the car (she’s called Hope, if you recall part 4) and some of what we can do with special effects and direction. Nb this is all without big budget etc.

The visual requirements made it a tad awkward at first to try and pace dialogue to story requirements - why? because of the maximum one minute thirty seconds time constraints per episode we have set ourselves - which I may have to break slightly for episodes 7 and 8 (but that’s for the future).

However, after looking at the rough cuts, I realised that I had a small window of time, and thus the opportunity to drive (pun slightly intended) the story further - which, frankly, I was glad to do as I really didn’t want this to be a filler episode. And it is not.
